Couple more done

Added the staff contest and fixed the JS error - woohoo.. i love cleaning that js error.. takes a bit of time, but i hate seeing that little yellow js error icon on the bottom left of ie... hopefully vB will make it easier in 3.5.. whenever I manage to upgrade to that...
